I've always had a wonderful time at this hotel when I visit St. James. The rooms are not only clean but also equipped with everything you need. The staff has consistently been amazing, assisting with anything I need. The breakfast is decent too. A great value overall, though the breakfast options could be enhanced a bit.
My stay at Greenstay in St. James was an absolute nightmare. While I initially thought I could save some money by booking at a lower rate, the disgusting conditions of the hotel made it not worth it at all. The rooms were unclean and felt quite unsafe, with insects and mold everywhere. The only good part was that I got to experience a lower rate, but that was overshadowed by the unkempt facilities and terrible service, making it a place I would never recommend.
We had a nice weekend getaway at this hotel, which is conveniently located just off the highway and close to various attractions in St. James. The room was quiet, clean, and had comfortable beds. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and some furniture looked aged. Overall, it's a solid value for the price if you're just looking for a place to rest your head after exploring the area.
